We know that shopping with little ones doesn’t always go to plan. That’s why we’ve made Westquay as family-friendly as possible — with thoughtful touches that make life easier for you, and more fun for them.

From extra space to park, to dedicated family rooms and child-safe facilities, here’s everything you need to know before you visit:

Getting in and out of the car with prams, bags (and small people) can be a juggling act.
That’s why we’ve allocated extra-large family spaces on Levels -1, 0 and 1 of the Podium Car Park, so there’s plenty of room to get sorted.

Need a quiet space to feed, change or take a moment?
You’ll find our brand-new Family Room on Level 3, next to Boux Avenue — with everything you need in one place:

• Private feeding rooms
• Baby changing facilities
• A food prep area with bottle warmer and microwave
• Water bottle filler and drinking fountain
• A playroom to keep little ones busy
  

You’ll find additional baby changing facilities on Level 1, alongside accessible and family-friendly toilets throughout the centre.

For families who need extra support, we have a fully equipped Changing Places toilet on Level 1 — including a hoist and wall-mounted bench.
You’ll need a RADAR key to access it, but don’t worry — if you don’t have one, just call our Control Room on 02380 336 815 and we’ll be happy to help.

Westquay is home to over 50 restaurants and cafés — most offer highchairs and baby changing facilities, and many are happy to warm bottles or baby food on request.
Breastfeeding is welcome throughout the centre.

Need your own space? You’ll also find bottle warmers, a microwave, and hot/cold water in our Level 3 Family Room.

Westquay is a designated child-safe area, and our staff are fully trained to help if someone gets separated from their grown-up.

You can collect a child safety wristband from any member of the team — just write your mobile number on it, so we can reach you quickly if needed.
