On 23 August from 9am to 10:15am, join Flow & Frequencies x Sweaty Betty on Southampton Esplanade, with attendees receiving 20% off at Sweaty Betty in Westquay on the day.
The £22 ticket includes an immersive wireless headphone experience combining a guided yoga flow with Amy, live music from NU3QUENCY and a Breath Trip led by Molly. The session is open to all levels.
