Star Cars returns to Westquay for its second year, taking over The Esplanade from 24th – 30th May (10am–6pm daily) with a line up of iconic vehicles from film and TV.

Get ready to step into the spotlight, see legendary cars up close, and snap the ultimate photo moments, all completely free to attend.

If you loved it last year, just wait until you see what’s in store for 2026.

What to Expect

Big Screen Icons, Up Close

From cult classics to family favourites, this year’s line-up brings together some of the most recognisable vehicles in entertainment.

On display this year:

• 🚙 The Jurassic Park Ranger vehicle
• ⚡ The legendary DeLorean from Back to the Future
• 🚓 The unforgettable Scooby-Doo Mystery Machine
• 🚗 Knight Rider’s KITT
• 🔦 The Stranger Things vehicle
• 🧙 The flying blue car from Harry Potter

Lights, Camera… Cinema 🎬

To celebrate the return of one of cinema’s most iconic cars, Showcase Cinema de Lux will be hosting special screenings of Back to the Future during the event week.

Make a day of it, see the DeLorean in real life, then head to the big screen to watch it in action. (Screen times to be confirmed.)
